Terms of Use

The app & your licence

PocketPA grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.

No account required

PocketPA has no sign-up or login. Your Apple ID is your identity for purchases and iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.

PocketPA Pro subscription

PocketPA offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, PocketPA Pro, which unlocks the full assistant (everything scheduled, a 14-day horizon and Week view, calendar write-back, iCloud sync, custom scheduling rules and the morning-briefing notification).

• Free trial. Your first 7 days include full Pro features at no charge and without a card. After the trial, PocketPA continues as Free unless you subscribe to Pro.
• Plans & price. Pro is offered as a yearly plan (for example US$39.99/year) and a monthly plan (for example US$4.99/month). The exact price is always shown in your local App Store currency at the point of purchase.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

Use PocketPA only for lawful, personal task management. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, or use it in a way that infringes others' rights.

Disclaimer

PocketPA helps you plan your day but does not guarantee that every task or session is completed, accurate, or on time. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPA and its provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed tasks, appointments, or reminders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the "last updated" date above will change.

Governing law & contact
